What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be administrator as well as mentor for an org
2. Click 'I am willing to mentor' button for an application
3. Goto application and try to assign yourself as mentor. This fails
because the drop-down list to do so is absent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see the drop-down with mentors (myself in this case) to
assign. The drop-down is not show though, as if I were not an administrator.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mentor dashboard, Firefox 1.5.0.10, MacOSX 10.4

I noticed that I forgot to change the one-line summary from the default, and
apparently I can't edit the ticket (nor do I seem able to delete it). I refiled 
the
ticket (#56), so you can safely delete this incarnation.
