Errors in form difficult to see #6

If you fill out the form incorrectly (eg. mentor google addresses aren't 
valid), it's very easy to miss 
the error messages.  It would be VERY helpful if they were repeated at the top 
of the page, and 
presented in larger, bolder, brighter font next to the problem textarea.

Thanks for the feedback.  We won't have time to code a fix for this issue for 
this
year's applications, but we'll have this request on file for the future.
