can't tell which have already been evaluated/commented on #60

Mentors cannot tell which applications they've commented on and/or evaluated
already. With
several mentors evaluating simultaneously and some requesting mentorship or
changing the
evaluation ratings, the sortings are constantly changing. Mentors are having
to resort to keeping a
list on paper of what they've already reviewed.

What would help would be some way to sort on last comment, last evaluation,
and/or an indication of whether a
given mentor has evaluated (and a means to sort on that flag).

Thanks for the feature request.

Additional relevant comments made in Issue #121 that relate to this request.
Namely having a visual marker in
the list for changed items or having e-mail notification to assigned mentors
and/or admins when changes are
made.

Given a choice, I'd prioritize having the sorting options mentioned in this
comment followed by e-mail
notification, then update markers.

Please bump the priority up on this URGENTLY. With 59 applications to review I
don't
know which ones I have and have not reviewed. With applicants using similar
titles,
and applicants sometimes making multiple applications, there is no easy unique
ID for
me to track which I have reviewed. Please provide a means to highlight which
applications I have evaluated - e.g. next to the combined score, place my score
in
brackets, as well as a page icon if I have made a public and/or evaluation
comment.

rediguana, Alas it has already been announced that there won't likely be any
web app modifications this year as
their (sole) web developer is out on extended leave due to an accident. For my
projects, we've resorted to
keeping track of our ranking efforts through a different web interface then
just populating the web app with our
results. As for your score, it is already tallied at the very bottom of the
page.

Next year there are rumblings and work started towards implementing an entirely
different open source web
application framework for GSoC using Google's recently announced Google App
framework. So things may be
very different.
