What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I sent the url address of my app. to a mentor
2. He couldn't access it from that way
3. I had to send him my student name to he can access my app.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect any one who have a url application student, coul see the apps. 
such as we watch them.

I am not sure that this is actually a bug.  Was your mentor logged in to the 
web app
when attempting to access the URL?
