Links from emails should show application page after logging in #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I get an email about new comment for an application.
2. I click on the link of the form
'http://code.google.com/soc/app.html?org=foo&csaid=bar'
3. The browser shows the login page, I am logging in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After logging in, the site should show the application page where I get
comment, not my profile page/list of applications.

The same goes to 'Registered Student Login' - after asking to log in, it
should show the application list, not 'http://code.google.com/SoC/'.

We will look into this feature request for future instances of the web app.
