Sort by alternate columns

(Feature, not bug)

Note that this is a request to sort the web page, not to download -- 
it is for quick review by any of several mentors, not occasional 
sanity checks by the admin.

The Application List summary page includes (per application)

Title/Summary
Student
Mentor
Score
Last Modified
(tags may be added later)

The sort order is always by total score; at various times, I wanted 
to sort by each of these.

Last Modified would let you ask for feedback, and notice when there 
is an update, instead of having to remember to check.

Student would let us deal with internal duplicates.  (Gnome picked 
someone twice, and the PSF came close.)

Mentor and Title were proxies for labels to indicate the subproject.

It would also be nice to sort students by submission date so that at the end we 
can sort in the order that they 
appeared (and obviously the submission date won't change). The last modified 
might also be relevant to two 
things: student update and mentor update. You may only be interested in looking 
at something again if a 
student has updated not further votes or comments from mentors (public or 
private).
