Camera Pan Tilt manual control #823

I'd like to have expanded control of channels 10 and 11 for camera pan-tilt on 
the PC keyboard.  I'd like to be able to push the arrow keys on the keyboard 
and the servos would respond in 30 degree increments.  

i.e. push left arrow key, camera pans 30 degrees left.  push left again, camera 
is now 60 degrees left, etc.  Push right twice, camera is back to center.

This command would be sent via the telemetry link.  Also needed would be a way 
to trim the center position.
