GPS baud rate (SERIAL1_BAUD) is not easily configurable #876

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy APM2 with a GPS device of 115200 baud

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The SERIAL1_BAUD should be configurable through a parameter

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ArduPlane-2.68

The SERIAL1_BAUD seems to be determined automatically. This issue may be closed.
