Add ADA #276

I represent a university student organization that often leads study sessions for coursework related activities at SHSU. A language that is very heavily emphasized in that coursework is ADA. It would be helpful if minimally ADA-95 was added, but newer versions are more than welcome as well.

I haven't done due diligence with this code-base, so I don't know how you're sandboxing things. GNAT with GCC should be good enough for our purposes: https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.6.4/gnat_ugn_unw/Getting-Started-with-GNAT.html#Getting-Started-with-GNAT
