Day of Week Names Are Off #142

What is the expected output?

Sun / Mon / Tues / Weds / Thurs / Fri / Sat

What do you see instead?

Mon / Tues / Weds / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

It's even displaying that on your site.

The days of the week are perfectly correct. The 1st November was a Sunday. You
can
control the order that the days of the week are displayed as demonstrated in
one of
the examples:

Thanks - that seems to fix the Order of the Days.

But after i added that, i now get two 1st in my month which throws off the days.

Any idea why it's happening?
