An example, please, to change the localisable text in .dpText #196

I'm trying to use the datePicker with two languages (spanish and 
english).  I've used the date_es.js file to control the names of the 
months and days, but am not sure how to override the English defaults for 
the .dpText values (e.g. TEXT_PREV_MONTH).

An example would be *much* appreciated!

Thanks for your quick response, Kelvin.  I would *swear* that I had looked 
through 
all the examples, but obviously just glossed over that one.
