What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Input: 20-04-10 Output: Month with leading Zero.

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.

What version of the datepicker are you using? On what operating system? And
Which Browser?

You will need to provide information to reproduce the problem if you want help 
fixing
it... I'm not seeing the issue on my demo pages so presume it is something in 
your
code but I can't help without seeing your code.
