Can't select date from March, 1981

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Select March, 1981

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: all weeks
Instead of this we will see only first week of month

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.

AFAIK my date picker works fine in March 1981 - feel free to try it out,
