Start date always today's date #324

Hello:

I already install the plugin, Thank you so much for such a great plugin!

Now, I would like to know How to set-up it to start always let select from the 
today's date, in other words; block the people can select dates before today's 
date.

Please, let me know how can I do this?

The date format is DD/MM/YY

How Can I change to MM/DD/YY?
