SSH get blocked for chef by Wayland script

Wayland script im-config_wayland.sh is blocking SSH for chef. Wayland script comes with below wayland packages, that get installed as recommended packages along with various packages.

libwayland-cursor0/focal-updates,focal-security,now 1.18.0-1ubuntu0.1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
libwayland-egl1/focal-updates,focal-security,now 1.18.0-1ubuntu0.1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
libwayland-server0/focal-updates,focal-security,now 1.18.0-1ubuntu0.1 amd64 [installed,automatic]

We should update the chef recipes ey-packages to achieve below:

Update the recipe at https://github.com/engineyard/ey-cookbooks-stable-v7/blob/next-release/cookbooks/ey-packages/recipes/default.rb#L31-L35 to check if Wayland installed it will remove it along with the script /etc/profile.d/im-config_wayland.sh
Add the option options "--no-install-recommends" as we have at https://github.com/engineyard/ey-cookbooks-stable-v7/blob/next-release/cookbooks/ey-packages/recipes/default.rb#L23-L27 in a similar way as it was done at https://github.com/engineyard/ey-cookbooks-stable-v7/pull/124/files.
