aws-reboot-old-stack should mention sudo for ey-enzyme #229

it seems for me sudo was required to run ey-enzyme. I updated the aws-reboot-old-stack page to reflect this. this is my first ever github pull request hopefully I've done things right.

of course who knows if there's any amazon reboot required customers on the old stack who still have any time left to benefit from this change. :P
