Option log level is not valid. Please refer to the README. #94

When trying to run the Channels example I'm getting this result. However the README has no information about this.

What should it be?

Most of that example hasn't been touched in 5-8 years. I'm sure it is woefully out of date. I also haven't really worked on this repo in about the same time.
