Add TypeScript Dist #26

It would be very useful to have a TypeScript version of your library as well!

Go for it, I probably won't be making one anytime soon. If you wanted a *.d.ts file in this project I'd be happy to merge in a PR.

I actually did add a definition file in v1.4.0, though not sure if it merges with Phaser's correctly...
