Add current channel ops as org members

I ~'m planning to~ have deleted the Freenode-English org and the topic repo within that.

So it would be helpful if the current chan-ops were made members of this project.

These I'm pretty sure of the GitHub usernames:

These exist as GitHub usernames but we need to confirm that the belong to the same person as the Libera user of the same name:
