Make schedule customizable #15

Currently the schedule is as follows:
* Start backup 20 seconds after arrival of new SMS.
* Start backup 30 minutes after last completed backup attempt.

It would be nice for users to be able to customize that further, possibly 
also taking into account the number of received messages since the last 
backup.

The app is really a great one.

However, for some network providers, POP3/SMTP/IMAP data over 3G give them an 
excuse 
to charge extra $$ ...!. I found there's IMAP traffic every day  (around 1MB) 
on my 
bill after installing the app regardless if there's SMS arriving or not... 

I think the customizable update schedule could help reducing the POP3/IMAP 
traffic in 
such situation.
