Upload paused, Can't access the server, will restart in XX seconds, over and over #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start email uploader
2. Check some email folders from the list
3. The error below occurs every time

What is the expected output? Start importing email and contacts

What do you see instead?  "Uploading your email from Microsoft Outlook
Your upload has paused temporarily because we were unable to reach the
server. We will resume in XX secs."  And this procedure goes into a
continuous loop..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Vista,
Uploader version, can't see any way to tell what version. Latest though
becuase I just downloaded it and installed

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem With outlook 2003 on windows XP. Contacts uploaded
successfully but no emails.
