Add option for setting default xdg browser in browser features #19

Set the chosen browser as default for web MIME types. See https://github.com/guix-mirror/guix/blob/1dca8a19ef5c6232cd1461e7a61f23ddd72bb973/gnu/home/services/xdg.scm#L399.
