xmlrpcCF - Error on Mono #111

when i use xmlrpcCF on mono (ubuntu, Mono 3.2.8 (Debian 3.2.8+dfsg-4ubuntu1)), 
this error shows and can't compile

Error CS0012: The type `System.ComponentModel.Component' is defined in an 
assembly that is not referenced. Consider adding a reference to assembly 
`System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=969db8053d3322ac, 
Retargetable=Yes' (CS0012)
