Hi there!
We understand that allowing country codes (e.g., +65) and delimiters (e.g., spaces, hyphens) in phone numbers would improve usability, especially for users managing international clients.
While this is a valid observation, we’d like to note that this feature was not within the scope of the current release and was not part of the intended functionality for this version. Our focus for this iteration was on validating Singapore-based numbers, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this limitation.
We do see the potential value in this enhancement and will certainly consider it for future updates as we continue to refine and expand our application.
Thank you once again for your valuable feedback and support!

Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]
Phone numbers are only allowed to contain numbers which is useful input validation for detecting misinputs. However, this means full country codes (e.g. +65) and delimiters for long phone numbers (e.g. spaces, hyphens) are not allowed.
It is not uncommon for agents to have foreign clients who may only have foreign numbers or not received a Singapore number yet, and this would pose a slight inconvenience since workarounds are possible (e.g. omit + in country code). Furthermore, most address book applications allow country codes and delimiters.
