Add a CSS utility classes description page #60

One of the things that might benefit from improvements is the CSS utility classes section on the documentation. A bit more details about the approach could help people get started. (Quick intro/list what parts are already included.)

I created the issue to capture a conversation I had a couple of weeks back. One of the things the person was hoping to see was a cheatsheet not unlike: https://tailwindcomponents.com/cheatsheet/
