Since a few months, Instagram has those carousel posts, and most of the time I don't swipe to see the rest of the items.
If I come back to Instagram an hour later, Instagram shows me the same carousel pictures again, but starting with the second one of the items "inside", instead of completely new posts.
Please stop Instagram from showing carousel posts that would start with the second or later item of the carousel. Simply hiding it would be okay I guess, because those posts are annoying for me xD.
