Remove some settings SC++ #121

I'll list which most of people required in SC++:

Save/upload snaps
Unlimited snaps views
Disable screenshot receipts
Groups
Image Editing
Upload 50 sec video length
Custom filters
Change location

All others are not that much required & the size of tweak will be smaller than now. I can help you with Arabic translating language for the tweak
