Cannot receive message #13

I only can send msg out but not able to receive msg. I enable the stealth mode and also disable the another three option...how to fix the problem?

It can be received but is extremely slow. HELP. Tq

I found the problem. If i disable the delivery recepeits it will unable to receive the msg. Once i enable it(untick) then every goes fine again. Pls fix it man because i need the one tick so badly😂
