I'd like to add one more suggestion for the upcoming version of whatsapp pp:

Add an automatic video file resizer which reduces the size of any video which is more then the standard video file size (16 MB), so when we select the video to send it to someone, if exceeding 16 MB, whatsapp pp feature will automatically reduce it to 16 MB making it possible to go through, so pretty much we'll be able to send any video.
