Hey, Disabling delivery reciepts leads to not recieving messages on whatsapp sometimes, it specially occurs if someone is sending too many messages (kinda spamming) eventually i have to end up going into safe mode and then coming out of it, to get messages and yeah by going in and out of safe mode the Read Reciepts get turned on and the other party sees blue ticks, this cycle eventually goes on
