[Enhancement] Ability to multitask with Downloaded videos #18

iOS: 10.1.1 Type: Jailbroken YouTube: 12.11.1 Tweak: 1.4r-33

When I have a video/audio playing in Downloads, when I go to press the X and continue browsing youtube while its playing, it stops the video. Is there a way so that we could drag the top left of the video down so it can go into multi tasking mode? Like it does for non downloads. The X can still stop the video though.

This will take some work. For now you can use PIP I think
