Errors while compiling are almost ALWAYS because you messed up the IPA. Make sure it's called app.ipa and it's a valid and working unencrypted IPA.

Almost all problems can be solved with a jailbreak!! Recent Pangu tool lets you jailbreak later versions of iOS 9. I HIGHLY recommend you jailbreak your devices and install the tweaks off the official repo of the PP team. No more 7 day reinstalling and minimal problems with compatibility. You even use the app store file instead of an IPA off the internet.
