Build Failed with Chmod Error #227

Xcode Version: 8.2.1 (8C1002) App: YouTube v11.47.18 Device: iPhone 6s Plus on iOS 10.1.1 (14B150)

Error as shown in screenshot:

I went into the folder and grabbed a file tree: File Tree in Debug-iphoneos.txt

Anyone knows what's going on?
