Transmission Link needs to be fixed #56

When using the SnakeOS through DDNS, it is useless of clicking on Transmission 
Link because it directed to the NAS local ip and port (in my case its 
192.168.0.200:9091) which is obviously not available on the network where 
remotely we login. Actually the value of DDNS over the NAS, BT downloader will 
reduce by 75% since users cannot monitor, add and delete the torrents they 
scheduled from remote location. Please check.

Which version of snake and transmission are you using? It seems to work 
correctly with snakeos-V1.3.2-20111019 and transmission 2.60-1.
