How do I assoicate the bg_geoid with a polygon #6

I've had sooo much trouble on my own working with census shapefiles. Do you know where I can find the shapefiles with the bg_geoid so I can map out your smoke risk scores? Thanks. Awesome project.

Hi Hans,

Thanks for reaching out! My favorite resource is http://censusreporter.org/. They have a nice interface for downloading census data in .shp format. The trick is to select your geography of interest, search for a simple table like population (B0001), press the "download this data" button, and select a shapefile.

What mapping application are you using?
