Proposal of implementing the Ad-hoc “Accidental Event (No Malice)” Category that includes the “Natural or Environmental Disaster” example, actually included in "Outage", for reporting and legal considerations.

If we also include non-IT(-security) categories, we would need to add a lot more categorisations. Aren't there any existing taxonomies for such types of incidents?
