extras.js for things like move (selection | line) up / down #116

when added as a library to an inlet, this does already allow alt up/down to shift current line or selection. very nice (not bug free.. but acceptable!).

I'm wondering if you plan to stick with codemirror, I recall some talk about a home grown text editor?

Interesting, we could add this by default easily. I'm overdue a lot of improvements...

as for another editor, i'm not thinking of moving away from CodeMirror, i think its really great. the only thing I want to do is make more plugins on top of it.
