redo config ui as icons to the side of editor #92

Uh, yeah, definitely. Ten trillion times better. Maybe tipsy tooltips would be helpful for newer users.

What's the news with this enhancement? This would be great. I find a number of cases where I have to click the very top of the buttons in the toolbar in OSX chrome (I think because a hidden horizontal scrollbar is capturing the input first). Windows chrome sometimes just overlays a nasty scrollbar over it, making them unreadable.

I've implemented it in the new version of Tributary than Ian and I have been working on in the Tributary.io repo: https://github.com/enjalot/tributary.io

I'm a bit tentative on adding improvements like this to the current site (I think of it as the old site) as I really want to push forward with the new version.

Oh, awesome. Looks really nice. I hope to see a similar plugin framework as the old site: I thought it was well done, and now that I made one, I want to make more :heart:
