Velocity Proxy Plugin #2

Was wondering if you guys would add a VelocityPowered plugin for the alternative Bungeecord proxy. https://www.velocitypowered.com/

At this time we don't have any plans to make an implementation for other platforms. With that said, we are open to contributions and if someone is interested in adding an implementation for VelocityPowered to our project they are welcome to submit a pull request.

I'll bring it up in a discussion with the team and see whether or not this is something they want to implement.

I've talked with the team and the ultimatum is that we'll accept a pull request if it is of sufficient quality. Right now we have tight deadlines for Enjin Coin and that is where my attention needs to be focused at this time, so unfortunately we won't be integrating Velocity ourselves for the foreseeable future.
