Fixed Pusher event registration #17

Fixed event registration, because at the time of construction, the event handlers aren't registered yet

@leonardocustodio @v16Studios It seems the client I use (Sourcetree) on windows doesn't support signing using ssh. I tried another commit to see if I could get verified but it doesn't work.

It will be easier at this point for you to reject this and just submit the change yourself.

We have been discussing and I believe we will make a bot for this. Anyway, I will sign the commits now myself and merge. Sorry for the delay. Thanks
