Add a virtual trigger signal in VCD file to mark trigger point #17

Currently, when looking at VCD waveforms it is not easy to find the trigger point. It would be great if litescope had an option to add a trigger signal to the waveform file to indicate the trigger position.

It would be even better if, when litescope is configured with multiple consecutive triggers, each trigger position were displayed in the waveform.

The scope trigger has been added with https://github.com/enjoy-digital/litescope/commit/69de7c49309168d14ce64e34d43c752de2196189. This is the last trigger that occurs when consecutive triggers are used.
