litescope/core: add function to clear scope #36

The analyzer driver can be reused for further capturing by calling the clear() function.

~Please do not merge yet. Subsequent uses of the driver do not trigger at the right time.~

edit: I didn't realize that disabling the trigger flushed the data. It works as expected.
