Developer dashboard

We discussed briefly in this issue: https://github.com/enkelmedia/TheDashboard/issues/1 - the idea of having a developer version of this, showing you various details about the implemented Umbraco solution. I've found some time to take a look at this so please see what you think.

Like the existing dashboard, a new dashboard tab is created but this time in the developer section. It shows:

• hijacked routes (custom controllers)
• surface controllers
• content finders
• application event handlers
• API event handers (e.g. ContentService.OnSaved)
