Added noIndex to make it compatible with SEO epiphany older plugin #16

I've added a no index checkbox to be used in the views. It used to be in the SEO epihany V7 plugin so when you migrate a project to v9 you can still use that information as well.

Thank you very much for the effort of sending in a PR. I would have preferred if you would have raised an issue first so that I got a chance to provide feedback.

While I see that you have a use case for this I don't want to "blot" the package with any additional features, it should only be the title and description. The NoIndex-problem can easily be solved with an additional "true/false" property on the document type.

I will not include this PR in the package, but please feel free to continue to use your forked version.
