Since the full package of Emacs 26.1 is too big and took too much time to unpacking, it's maybe better to create a lite version of Emacs 26.1 installer based on no-deps and deps package.
Specifically, I've tested with following configuration:
Unzip 'bin' 'etc' 'libexec' 'ssl' folders from deps package
The footprint of this configuration is around 450MB whereas the size of full package when unpacked is around 900MB.
Moreover, the unpacking time is fractional compare to when unpacking full package (at least 3 times faster). Without sacrificing functionalities.
