Emacs 28 files for windows were uploaded today: https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/emacs-28/

Hey sorry did not have the time to update yet. It seems I was removed as a maintainer as someone else wanted to take over, will update the git repo never the less.

Any progress on this? Looks like pushing to choco is failing because CHOCOLATEYAPIKEY isn't set.

I contacted https://github.com/pauby who has the current ownership of the package, to get it back. Let's see how that goes.

It looks like an update went out but it seems broken. I'm getting this error message when trying to update via choco upgrade.

emacs v28.1.0 is the latest version available based on your source(s).

emacs.portable was not found with the source(s) listed.
 If you specified a particular version and are receiving this message, it is possible that the package name exists but the version does not.
