solaar: fix module, update docs #720

This documents logitech's unifying device instead of bluetooth-device. This replaces a deprecated command with a new one to make the module work again.

Resolves https://github.com/enkore/i3pystatus/issues/403. Closes https://github.com/enkore/i3pystatus/issues/336.
