Not working on TeamCity 8.1.5 #1

The tab "Slack Notifier" is not shown in Notification Rules. How can I further troubleshoot this?

Hey @algiecas & @PureKrome did you have the plugin installed and then upgraded TeamCity or are they fresh installs?

hmm. i'm not sure of the order i did this in.

but i know i updated from .3 to .5. I just can't remember if i added the plugin (via the admin webpage/gui) manually -after- the upgrade, or before.

Notice how it cannot read the plugin info? Right now, i'm using another plugin for to manual POSTS to slack. (the 2nd plugin, in that screenie).

I upgraded to TeamCity 9.0, it works great.

I have 8.1.5 (build 30240). All works fine.

I have a fresh install of Team City 9.0.4 (build 32407) and I am not seeing the tab "Slack Notifier" in Notification Rules as the original poster. It is in my plugin list and I've restarted my service several times. Would you like a new issue open for 9.0.4? I do see that another user has this going in 9.0 however.

UPDATE: For some reason the first install of the zip didn't unpack properly so I removed the 'unpacked' folder and zip from my plugins directory and reinstalled with success. Thanks for the useful tool!

@shanzzam awesome thanks for following up on that, glad to hear it is working. I'm wondering if the other version compatibility issues have a similar cause. We've yet to do much further testing with different versions unfortunately.
