Created a simple PR that switches to Rhino 6. Please DO NOT merge this PR

I should mention food4rhino does not allow me to download anything since the only version hosted is a mismatch of my (rhino6) software.

I'm not sure how to build the gha, and I can't download it from any source directly. Can you guide me on how to compile into a gha?

FYI: I did a bit of playing around trying to get Rhino 6 compatibility as a couple of months ago I only had access to Rhino 6. I had to make all of the changes in this commit to get it working: https://github.com/samgregson/GHPT/commit/0bfcefddcfe414aad9c26adb7a94a82848612371
