This is to close https://github.com/ennocramer/floskell/issues/73.

Thank you for this PR, but I couldn't merge it. I wanted to keep the CI builds for GHC-8.0.2 and GHC-8.2.2 and had to relax a few more version bounds to make things build with GHC-9.4.3.
